General Terms & Conditions

• All goods travel on the expense and the risk of the sender. Eventual sending back is also for his account and on his risk.
• Nelco BV can stop all deliveries in case a former delivery has not yet been paid.
• In case of superior strength Nelco BV can legally adjourn or annul the delivery. Examples of superior strength are fire, strike, machine failure,...
• Payment happens in Gent at the most 30 days after invoice date by remittance with the mention of the invoice number on one of the bank accounts of Nelco BV.
• In case of non-payment on the determined expiry date, a monthly interest of 1.25 % starts with any form of proof of default.
• All complaints regarding invoices have to be registered within 8 days after receipt of the invoice. After that period, invoices are considered approved.
• All judicial or extra judicial costs connected with the collection of outstanding amounts shall be for the client's account.
• On top of the judicial costs, a minimum of 250 € will be added for suffered damage.
• Only the Courts of Gent are qualified to solve all disputes.
• The Belgian law is the only applicable law for all activities of Nelco BV.
• Bank costs or other costs due to international transfers or differences of exchange are fully at the expense of the customer.
• Above general terms and conditions are prepared in the Dutch language and translated afterwards.
• In case of discussion or difference in interpretation between the Dutch and the translated version, the Dutch version of general terms and conditions deserve preference.
